Install the app, accept the subscription, and Shopify starts your 7-day clock immediately. You get full access to everything in your tier — Live Tables, error tracking, URGENT cart-failure alerts, push recovery — and you can cancel from your Shopify Admin any time within the trial without a charge. On day 8 Shopify automatically bills your plan's monthly rate.
JavaScript errors (uncaught exceptions, unhandled promise rejections), network failures (failed fetch / XHR), CSP violations, and rage clicks. Live tracking events (pageviews, cart actions, product views), performance vitals (LCP / CLS / INP), and checkout funnel events do NOT count against your error quota — they're metered-free.
We won't drop data on you — silent failure during a monitoring crisis is the worst possible outcome. Instead we start sampling (recording every 10th error) past your cap and show a dashboard banner asking you to upgrade. You'll never miss a complete picture of what's broken.
Each AI fix consumes 2 credits at $0.05/credit ($0.10 retail per fix). You buy packs when you want — Starter pack at $5 (50 fixes), Pro pack at $10 (100 fixes), or Scale pack at $25 (250 fixes). Credits never expire and never charge automatically. Use the AI fix feature only when you want it; ignore it forever and you'll never see a credit charge.
Yes. Pick a lower plan in the Plans panel or cancel entirely from Shopify Admin. Shopify's billing API handles proration and the switch takes effect at the start of your next cycle. Your data stays until it ages out under the new plan's retention window.
Through Shopify's billing system. Approved subscriptions appear on your regular Shopify invoice. Cancel any time from the Billing page inside the app — Shopify handles pro-rated refunds automatically.
No PII. We capture page URL, error message, stack trace, and session ID (a random opaque string). We don't store names, addresses, payment info, or order contents from your storefront. See our privacy policy for details.
Per Shopify's GDPR mandatory webhooks, all your monitoring data is permanently deleted within 48 hours of uninstalling the app. No 30-day grace period — fully purged.
